Agent under Power of Attorney for the Estate/Finance
Managing personal finances, creating budgets, administering US and overseas communication with authorities, government organizations, and financial institutions, paying bills, and handling the daily money management for people who no longer can handle these tasks themselves or who would rather focus their later chapters on life on other things. Supervising property management companies and other service providers while the owners of property are away/traveling. Working hand-in-hand with CPAs, estate attorneys, family members, or others assigned to POA for healthcare to ensure our client’s day-to-day finances and estate matters are in good hands.
Estate and Trust Administration
Managing trust assets and distributing assets according to the trust instructions. This includes working with CPAs, trusted bookkeepers, and financial planners, ensuring timely tax filings, accounting and reporting to beneficiaries and distributions, as instructed, managing real estate, and more.
Fiduciary Support Services
Daily money management, including maintaining books and records, bill pay, inventory and appraisal of assets for insurance or sale purposes, working with auction houses to arrange for the sale of valuable assets, budget development, document organization, and management.

Assessment and summary of digital assets, password organization, management, security, digital legacy planning, simplification, email organization, and management.
Material Organizing Services
Review of material assets, inventory generation, organization, assistance with general decluttering, removal, donation, or sale of unwanted, unneeded, or inherited items.
